Downsizing
Each move is unique and Designing Moves LLC® is there to help. It might be giving you a clear plan to follow as you and your family do the work. Sometimes finding the new home, packing, moving, unpacking and taking care of the remaining items can be overwhelming. Designing Moves LLC® provides peace of mind that someone is coordinating a family member’s affairs with the personal attention you would give.
Estate Dispersal
Designing Moves LLC® can provide the required services for the dispersal of household belongings after the death of a loved one. Whether working under the directions of the family, attorneys or trust officers. I will efficiently complete the tasks that distance makes even more overwhelming. Designing Moves LLC® is just a phone call or e-mail away.
Fees
Charges are based on hourly rates plus expenses. A deposit is required when contract is signed. Many times the left over items in the home are sold to cover the cost of move management service by Designing Moves LLC®. Call for more information or to set an appointment.
Other
Designing Moves LLC® is a member of National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM). Being a member of NASMM requires that members are insured and follow industry guide lines.
Christine trained with Barbara Morris in February 2009. Barbara owns Smooth Transitions®, the largest growing senior move management company in the United States. She is also co-founder of NASMM.
Christine is member of Cedar Rapids Elderly Consortium, Cedar Rapids West Rotary, Eastern Iowa Women Business Owners, P.E.O., and enjoys volunteering at House of Hope (www.houseofhopecr.org).
