We use feedback from our clients to continuously improve our processes

Designing Moves LLC sends a client satisfaction survey to each client after their project has been completed. They are given the option to submit it to us without the client’s name as we hope to get feedback that is absolutely honest.

We have a system in place to capture all responses so that if there is anything we can improve upon, we can follow up. Our team strives for continuous improvement.

On each survey we ask for permission to post our clients’ responses to the survey. They nearly always include their names and give us the okay to use their statements on-line. We believe that means we have earned their trust.

– How satisfied were you with Designing Moves LLC’s services: “Very Happy”

– Please list what you like most about working with Designing Moves LLC: “Willing to do just what we asked. Did a professional Job. Coordinated all phases of our move well.”

– Please list areas we can improve on: “We were satisfied”
