Bathroom:
This is a great home on the SE side of Cedar Rapids. Clients wanted to update dated bathroom and add a separate shower. We re-purposed closet space for a linen tower and removed built in storage to allow for a tile shower shower. Adult height vanity, heated tile floor, updated medicine cabinet and updated plumbing add to the new features of this great bathroom update.

To make use of the great bones in the kitchen we painted the oak cabinets, added beautiful quartz counter tops with a farmhouse sink, tile back splash, updated appliances, lighting and plumbing.
